As a West Fort Collins Water District Customer, there is now the option to pay every water bill online. Paying online is a great way for our customers to make a payment from their mobile device at any time and to get any necessary updates about past and current water bills. Customers can set their account(s) to automatic payments or as a one-time payment. When enrolling in our system, there is the option to also replace paper bills as an e-Bill via text message or email. 

When creating an account, customers can view their account balance, current/past usage and billing information in their account dashboard.  Once the account has been created and verified, the West Fort Collins Water District will be able to communicate with customers via email or text to send updates on water usage, water interruptions and more.

Please note: When creating an account with the new payment system, the system will require the preceding zeros of the 8-digit account number.
